are not happy with your order, you have the right to return items within a specified period. Please
read our returns policy carefully to ensure that your return is processed smoothly.
1. Right to Cancel and Return
You have the right to cancel your order and return any unwanted items within 14 days of
receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To initiate a
return, please contact us within this 14-day period.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at sales@beyondboardgames.co.uk or call us on 07710406265 to
notify us that you wish to return your item(s). Please provide your order number, the
name of the product(s), and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation: We will send you instructions on how to return the item,
including the return address and any necessary details.
3. Return the Item: Package the product(s) securely in their original packaging (if
possible), ensuring they are in a resalable condition (unopened, unused, and with any
seals intact). You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is
faulty or damaged.
3. Conditions for Returns
To ensure your return is accepted, please ensure the following:
• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• Any free gifts or promotional items that were part of the order must also be returned.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will
offer you a full refund or a replacement as appropriate.
To ensure that we can process your return promptly:
• Report the issue to us within 30 days of receiving the product.
• Provide photos of the damage or fault if applicable.
We will cover the cost of return postage if the item is faulty or damaged.
5. Refunds
Once we have received your returned item and verified its condition, we will process your
refund. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the date we receive your returned item for the
refund to be processed and appear in your account.
6. Exclusions from Returns
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. These include:
• Personalised or customised products.
• Sealed products that have been opened (e.g., board games or other items where the
packaging has been broken and the item is no longer in a resaleable condition).
If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Exchanges
We are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a
different size, colour, or product, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place
a new order for the desired item.
